Sasho has over 27 years industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. He has established the specialised acoustic engineering consultancy at Burchill Partners in 2002 and in 2013 has purchased the acoustic business and established ATP Consulting Engineers - Noise & Vibration Specialists. Over this period, Sasho has expanded the business with projects and customer base throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and New Zealand. Sasho is a hands-on manager with expertise in noise and vibration monitoring and assessment, noise propagation modelling, architectural acoustics, and mechanical noise control, as well as an expert witness at the Planning and Environment Court. Sasho is a Member of the Australian Acoustical Society, Acoustical Society of New Zealand and the International Institute of Acoustics and Vibration.

Bojan is an electrical engineer with 5 years experience in control systems engineering, automation and instrumentation. Within the structure of ATP Consulting Engineers, Bojan is responsible for development and maintenance of remote access capabilities for noise and vibration monitoring anywhere in Australia. The in-house developed ICT (Information and Communication Technology) solution, developed by Bojan, allows our client to have access to the data with a simple log in, on our graphical interface account. Bojan is also actively engaged in maintenance and upgrade to our noise and vibration monitoring equipment by increasing the duration of time for stand-alone work, which means that our equipment can be deployed on noise and vibration monitoring projects for much longer periods. ATP Consulting now has a capability to deploy our noise and vibration loggers on remote sites and to remotely download the data thus reducing the time required for site visits, data download and maintenance. Bojan is also engaged in field work and noise and vibration monitoring, data processing and analysis/reporting, as well as in software development.

Phil has been part of the ATP team since its inception. Beginning as a site technician, Phil has worked deploying noise and vibration monitoring equipment all over South-East Queensland and Northern NSW.  While working as a technician Phil had learned everything there is to know about the monitoring of noise and vibration, which is the specialty of ATP Consulting Engineers.  Since then, he has completed his studies in civil engineering and has stepped up into a position of an engineer focusing on all aspects of noise and vibration monitoring, data analysis, construction noise and vibration assessment, transport noise control and acoustic design.  Working on projects that have shaped the local environment, Phil has played an import role in some of the major local projects including the Gold Coast Light Rail (GCLR) project, and currently the Pacific Motorway (M1) Upgrade.

Majoring in mechanical engineering and mathematics, Bradley has learnt the ropes quickly, entering the engineering world directly out of university. Doing all the little things without hesitation and completing tasks with ease. Even with little experience in the field, he has taken to it naturally and has quickly gained expertise in numerical modelling of sound propagation. Bradley specialises in Architectural Acoustic Design, Transport Noise Assessments (road, rail, aircraft), Operational Noise Impact Assessments (residential, commercial, and industrial sectors), data analysis of noise and vibration measurements and internal acoustic room design. Some recent notable projects include a redevelopment of the Harvey Road Sports Precinct in Gladstone, and several high-rise developments including the Prana building in Maroochydore, Pacific View 4 apartments in Bilinga and Kingsford Terrace in Corinda. He has gained experience and become proficient with SoundPLAN and INSUL software for acoustic analysis.
